Patrim collects the minimum data needed to make the product work. This page summarises what we collect, why, and for how long. To exercise your rights, email privacy@patrim.it.
Data we collect
Email address, request IP, and whatever you paste or write in the app (listings, notes, viewing photos, voice-note audio). We don't collect payment data until the Pro tier launches.
Why we collect it
To sign you in (Supabase Auth), to generate your property analysis, to send transactional email (sign-in link, OTP code). We don't sell data to third parties and we don't profile for advertising.
Where the data lives
Supabase, Europe region (Frankfurt). Vercel for frontend hosting, Europe region. No data leaves the EU.
How long
As long as your account is active. Deleting a property from the dashboard removes the record and every linked artefact (messages, photos, AI extractions) immediately. Deleting your account removes everything within 30 days.
Your GDPR rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection. Email privacy@patrim.it from your registered address. We respond within 30 days.
